01 / Scope
This notice covers Evolution Studio's InspirPlanet app and these product, support and privacy pages. It describes the current implementation. Last updated: October 2, 2026.
02 / Local storage and iCloud
Planets, original text, audio, tags, keywords, priorities and record states are stored on your device. When iCloud is available, CloudKit's private database syncs them, including deletions, between devices on the same Apple Account. Appearance, haptic and transcription-language preferences stay local. We have no operator dashboard for browsing your private CloudKit records. Apple operates and processes data for its cloud services.
03 / Microphone and speech recognition
Recording requires microphone permission; transcription requires speech-recognition permission. Audio is saved locally and can sync with its record through iCloud. Transcription tries on-device recognition first, then may fall back to Apple's online recognition, sending audio to Apple. Transcribed text may enter the online AI workflow below. Manage these permissions in system settings.
04 / Online AI and on-device enhancement
After a record is saved or edited, original text, candidate keywords and existing planet information, including names, types and descriptions, go to our Cloudflare Worker and through OpenRouter to model services for organization. Jev handles organization; DeepSeek currently handles related ideas, themes and key points. Requests include relevant record identifiers, creation times and destination information. Supported Apple Intelligence devices can extract additional words on device. Disabling this enhancement does not stop online organization. Online AI is not entirely local.
05 / Related ideas and generated results
Related-idea lookup first selects candidates locally, then sends the current and relevant candidate text for review; automatic linking can be disabled. Key-point extraction is user-triggered and sends that record's text. Theme discovery automatically sends up to 24 selected Nebula records and existing planet information when eligible; creation requires your confirmation. Planet recaps also call related-idea and summary services in the foreground with recent and older candidate text; disabling recap notifications does not stop generation. Only the latest recap is kept locally. Other derived results are cached locally for usually seven days, invalidated by edits or deletion, and can be cleared in settings.
06 / Service providers and operational logs
Cloudflare processes requests and OpenRouter routes input to model providers. Our Worker does not log original idea text, audio or provider keys; failures log only error status. IP addresses and network metadata are involved in request processing, rate limiting and troubleshooting. Infrastructure and model providers may process or retain data under their policies. We do not promise universal zero retention or no training use, and processing may occur outside your region.
07 / Purchases, website and support email
Apple StoreKit handles purchases. The app reads verified transactions and subscription entitlements; we do not receive full payment-card details. These pages include no advertising tracking, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Appearance preferences use browser local storage; this does not send idea content. Hosting may process IP addresses, request paths and error logs. Old-idea and recap reminders are local system notifications. Exporting or sharing sends selected text, planet images and optional signatures to your chosen app or recipient. Email providers process the address, message and attachments you send to support; we use them to respond and troubleshoot.
08 / Your choices and deletion
You can edit, move or delete records and manage permissions, iCloud, on-device enhancement and automatic linking. Deletion clears related derived caches and syncs when enabled. Uninstalling does not necessarily delete iCloud data or cancel Apple subscriptions; manage those through Apple's storage and subscription controls. Online organization has no separate off switch. Offline capture avoids sending text while offline; reconnecting with the app in the foreground may send pending records.
